With over 20 years experience in the design trade, Florida Living Quarters is founded by Erika Benfield. Our mission is “Each design is a reflection of you!” The design is tailored to your budget and lifestyle. Florida Living Quarters takes part annually in philanthropic events that help us give back to the community. Volunteering through organizations such as Rotary International, Erika received the “Key to the City of DeBary” as Vice Mayor of DeBary in Volusia County. This experience helped her understand budgeting, entire neighborhood approval process and growth which makes Central Florida top on the list for new home buyers. Most recently Erika Benfield was a judge for the Volusia Home Builders Association Parade of Homes 2022.

FLQ is active with local chambers of commerce and NFIB (Small Businesses). Lastly, Erika offers mentorship through the internship program through local College programs for aspiring designers. This keeps us fresh and open to changes in our industry and new ideas.

Several hundreds of fabric books on hand in our resource room and an extensive wallcoverings library with quick ship wallpapers made in America. The books are rotated and updated by our support representatives so that our offerings stay fresh and never repeated once a design job is complete.
